Which Full Sail degree programs did 2026’s Emmy-nominated grads graduate from?

Full Sail graduates nominated for individual Emmy awards graduated from Full Sail’s Film bachelor’s program and the university’s Recording Arts program.

Full Sail’s Film program is offered on campus and prepares students for entry-level film industry roles through hands-on projects. Students can explore areas like writing, casting, building sets, visual effects, editing, producing, and audio work by using industry-standard equipment and facilities – like cameras, lighting equipment, soundstages, the university’s virtual production studio, editing software, and more – to develop a professional portfolio.

Full Sail’s campus Recording Arts program can help students get ready for entry-level roles in recording jobs across a range of industries, like music; live event production; post-production for movies, TV, and games; and more. Through hands-on projects, students can develop skills like recording, sound design, mixing, mastering, and vocal production, which they then use to create a professional portfolio to show to employers and clients.

What kind of work did Full Sail University grads do on 2026’s Emmy-nominated shows?

Full Sail grads worked in sound, production, visual effects, editing, props, and more on this year’s nominated projects. Film grad Mark Sawa was a VFX Assistant Editor on Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (nominated for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Season or Movie), and fellow Film grad Katherine Henderson was a Production Assistant on Fallout (10 nominations in categories like Outstanding Production Design For A Narrative Period or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More) and Outstanding Fantasy/Sci-Fi Costumes).

Film grad Kelly Walton worked in the Props department on Widow’s Bay (nominated in 19 categories including Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Production Design, and Outstanding Sound Editing for a Series), while Recording Arts grad Joshua Adeniji was a Sound Effects Editor on The Pitt (25 nominations in categories like Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series). Greg M. Silverman, a Computer Animation graduate, was a Visual Effects Artist on The Beast in Me (nine nominations, including Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series and Outstanding Music Composition).

Additional graduates worked as location scouts, set dressers, grips, lighting technicians, creative layout supervisors, music editors, script supervisors, and more on nominated shows.
