    Netflix

In the past few years, Netflix has become a hub for reality TV romance, with series like Love Is Blind and Love on the Spectrum paving the way for brand-new series and unique seasons of innovative experiments and real-life stories.

As we see it, on Netflix, there are three types of reality romance series: There are competition series, like Perfect Match and Let’s Marry Harry, where singles or couples fight for a prize; docuseries, like Love on the Spectrum and Calabasas Confidential, which follow real-life dating and relationships; and matchmaking series like Love Is Blind and Age of Attraction, where new couples form through an experiment. While this year has already seen four new series — Let’s Marry Harry, Calabasas Confidential, Earle Meets World, and Age of Attraction —multiple fan favorites returned for another drama-filled season.

When it comes to which 2026 Netflix reality romance series is the best so far, individual preferences for certain types of shows will definitely impact which series you will like the best. (Maybe docuseries aren’t your thing! Who are we to judge?) But for our ranking purposes, we’re looking for three things: Juicy drama, lasting memorability, and, of course, swoonworthy romance.

Without further ado, check out our full ranking of every new and returning Netflix reality romance series in 2026 so far. Let us know in the comments which has been your favorite (and least favorite!) below.

Natalie Joy and Nick Viall in episode 105 of Age of Attraction
    Netflix
    9. Age of Attraction Season 1 Netflix has put out some bangers this year, so we wouldn’t say that any of these series were bad, but if we had to pick one to rank lowest, it would be Nick and Natalie Joy Viall‘s Age of Attraction. This series introduced singles from around 20-60 to each other without revealing how old their potential partners were. By the end, multiple cross-generational couples formed, and one even got engaged.
While we love to see an age-gap love story, this series missed the mark for a few reasons. First, you could absolutely tell how old everyone was before they revealed their ages. Second, the reunion was held on The Viall Files, instead of on the streamer. Nobody wants to watch a podcast reunion. Don’t give away the best part of the season, Netflix!
Sterling, Nicole, Preston, Suede, Hercy, Emma, Alexie, Dylan, Jemma, Emilie, Jodie, Ben, Kimora, Raine in Season 1 of Calabasas Confidential
    Krista Schlueter / Netflix
    8. Calabasas Confidential Season 1 Season 1 of Calabasas Confidential dove into the real lives of affluent recent college grads, including some nepos, in one of California’s wealthiest neighborhoods. While this season definitely brought the tea, watching it felt like hearing an acquaintance recount their high school drama— wild in the moment, but quickly forgotten.
So, is it worth the binge? Sure. But will we remember who’s dated who by Season 2? Probably not.

    7. Earle Meets World Season 1 Netflix’s newest reality series, Earle Meets World, is chock-full of romance, which earns it a spot on our list. This series follows Alix Earle‘s family, diving into her parents’ divorce, her split from Braxton Berrios, and the evolving love lives of her sister and friends.
As we see it, this was a solid foundation for what could become a classic reality TV family drama. Plus, it made us want Dunkin’ really bad. See you next season, Alix!
The girls in Love is Blind: UK: Season 3.
    Netflix
    6. Love Is Blind: UK Season 3 Out of the two Love Is Blind seasons to hit Netflix in 2026 so far, Love Is Blind: UK Season 4 was less dramatic, which lands it lower on our list than Love Is Blind Season 10. Jack Bradshaw‘s suspicious walk — thank you for bringing us the juiciest moment of the season.
Out of six couples, four got married, which is really high for both the American and British versions of the series. If you’re looking for some clear-cut, drama-free romance, this could be the season for you.
Alison and Jimmy S. in episode 406 of PERFECT MATCH
    Netflix
    5. Perfect Match Season 4 Perfect Match always brings the drama, assembling the Avengers of the Netflix Reality Universe for a summer of competition with a sprinkle of romance. This season, the romance was left on the boardroom floor. Nearly every couple split before or soon after the finale.
Jimmy Sotos and Alison Ogden, who didn’t win the season, gave us hope as the last remaining couple from the season, but even they recently called it quits. Next season, we hope to see this format focus a little bit more on love.
Brittany Wicker in 'Love Is Blind' Season 10
    Netflix
    4. Love Is Blind Season 10 For the milestone tenth season of Love Is Blind, the pods took us to Ohio for some of the messiest love stories we’ve seen to date. Unlike some seasons, it was entirely unclear which couples would say “I do” and which would get cold feet on their wedding day. While two couples tied the knot, the reunion revealed that not everyone was still going strong.
As the tenth season, this reunion also brought together the largest group of Love Is Blind alums, including almost all the married couples from since Season 1. For that special moment alone, Season 10 takes out fourth place spot.
Harry Jowsey, Amber Mozo in episode 107 of 'Let's Marry Harry'
    Netflix
    3. Let’s Marry Harry Season 1 Let’s Marry Harry is one of Netflix’s newest series, and honestly, we don’t know how they’d recreate it for another season, even with a different lead. Similar to The Bachelor, Let’s Marry Harry followed Harry Jowsey‘s journey from dating a group of women to picking which one he wanted to marry. The catch? He was engaged to all 20 and genuinely got married at the end of the season.
What happened after the season, however, was more dramatic than anything on TV. At the reunion, his now-ex-wife accused him of emotional manipulation and cheating, saying he met his now-girlfriend on their honeymoon. Yikes!
    Ashley Wilson of 'The Ultimatum'
    Netflix
    2. The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 4 While we’re still mourning The Ultimatum: Queer Love, Season 4 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On (the straight version) delivered one of the wildest reality TV season’s we’ve seen in years. This series follows couples where one partner wants to get married and the other isn’t ready just yet. Instead of working on their problems, they fake marry someone else’s partner to find out what married life would actually be like.
This season was (affectionately speaking) a disaster. One trial couple effectively got a trial divorce, while another caught her partner reading vile texts about her in a group chat. Before the experiment could even get started, the season’s youngest couple was kicked out. After all that, two couples genuinely did end up together with adorable love stories, and David Atkinson and Casey Douglass became the first couple to get married at a Netflix reunion.
Tanner, Dani, Abbey, Davie, Peri, Tina, Tyler, Madison and Connor from episode 407 of Love on the Spectrum
    Netflix
    1. Love on the Spectrum Season 4 Of course, the one Netflix reality series we can’t recommend enough is Love on the Spectrum. This series focuses on the love lives of adults on the autism spectrum. From moving first dates to an emotional proposal, both the new and returning cast members this season brought hilarious and heartwarming moments.
For the first time, Madison Marilla and Tyler White‘s engagement party brought together current and former cast members, giving an update on where all the beloved stars’ love lives stand. For the fourth time, Love on the Spectrum proved that not every reality series needs a screaming match to catch our attention.
