The official X/Twitter account and website of the ongoingChainsmoker CatTV anime series have announced the addition ofYu Kobayashito its voice cast. The animebegan broadcasting in Japanon July 2, 2026.
Kobayashi will voice the character Penpen Neko, who will debut in the anime’s sixth episode and is previewed in the short episode trailer below. She previously voiced Ryoko Reizen inMistress Kanan Is Devilishly Easy.
She joins a main voice cast that include:
