HANOVER, Ontario — The Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario is once again partnering with LMI Canada to deliver a series of eight online sessions focused on Effective Leadership Development.
The interactive program will be facilitated by Barry Reid of LMI Canada. This structured, multi-session program is designed to help professionals in the wood manufacturing sector build essential leadership competencies, improve communication, and enhance productivity.
The series kicks off with a Pre-Conference Goal Setting session on September 10. The first lesson, “Successful Leaders Are Made, Not Born,” takes place October 22. Other topics include “Exercising Authority Effectively,” “The Art of Delegation,” and “Preventing and Solving Problems.”
Each of the bi-weekly sessions is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday. The program concludes on March 8, 2027, with a graduation ceremony.
