Back for the 52nd time, the 2026 Little League Softball World Series is about to bring a week of thrilling and cutthroat competition to Greenville, North Carolina.
Following the rigorous regional qualifying tournaments, only 12 teams remain in the running for this year’s title — eight from the U.S. and four international. The squads will be split up into either the Orange or Purple bracket, setting up 21 matchups before the coveted championship game.
Last year, Pennsylvania’s West Suburban Little League claimed the title, though the reigning champs did not qualify this time around. Instead there are squads representing Kentucky, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, Washington, Florida, Texas, California, Japan, Canada, Italy and Puerto Rico.

The entire 2026 Little League Softball World Series will be broadcast across ESPN’s networks, with the majority of games shown on ESPN2 and ESPN, and the championship on ABC. See the full game schedule below.
