The 2026 Little League World Series is almost here and teams are set to arrive in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in less than three weeks. All but one of the 10 international teams participating in this year’s tournament have been decided and regional tournaments to determine the 10 teams representing the United States will be held soon.
A team from Chinese Taipei representing the Asia-Pacific region is the reigning champion after <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/llws/2025/08/24/little-league-world-series-live-score-updates-highlights-championship/85801588007/” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>beating an American team from the Las Vegas area in 2025 to win this annual tournament for the top 12-and-under youth baseball players. A U.S. team had won the previous six Little League World Series championship games.

When is the 2026 Little League World Series?
The 2026 Little League World Series for baseball is set to begin with the first games of bracket play on Aug. 19 from Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Little League World Series championship game between the United States bracket winner and International bracket winner is scheduled to take place on Aug. 30.

ESPN and its family of networks will broadcast the entire 2026 Little League World Series, with United States and International games appearing on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU. The Little League World Series championship game on Aug. 30 will be broadcast by ABC. Viewers can live stream the Little Baseball World Series with ESPN Unlimited or Fubo.
