The Bryce Jordan Center is gearing up for a busy fall, with a series of concerts, comedy shows and other entertainment scheduled at the Penn State venue over the coming months.
The upcoming events will bring a mix of nationally known performers to State College, giving fans plenty of opportunities to catch live music and comedy without leaving town. Seven ticketed music and entertainment events are currently scheduled at the arena.
The BJC’s fall schedule begins in September and continues through October, with events ranging from large-scale touring productions to comedy performances.
Tickets and event-specific information are available through the Bryce Jordan Center and Ticketmaster. Student tickets are also available for most shows, however, a code is required to unlock specific seating and discounted rates.
Before heading to the BJC, guests should be aware of the venue’s security, bag, payment and other policies, which can vary slightly depending on the event.
Here’s a look at the upcoming shows and performers, along with what fans should know before attending.
Ella Langley is set to visit the BJ’ at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, with Muscadine Bloodline and Gabriella Rose. The show is part of Langley’s “The Dandelion Tour,” an extension of her headlining arena tour.
The country singer broke out with her debut album “Hungover” and hits including “You Look Like You Love Me” and “Weren’t for the Wind.” Her 2025 single “Choosin’ Texas” reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and earned major awards recognition. Her second album, “Dandelion,” debuted at No. 1 in April and produced another No. 1 hit with “Be Her.”

Five-time Grammy Award winner Lil Wayne will bring his “20+ Years of Carter Classics” tour to the BJC at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, with 2 Chainz. The tour celebrates more than two decades of Wayne’s influential “Carter” album series.
The New Orleans rapper has released 14 solo studio albums and is known for songs including “Lollipop,” “A Milli,” “6 Foot 7 Foot” and “How to Love.”
The State College show will be Wayne’s fourth appearance at the BJC in the past 15 years. He previously performed at the arena in 2024 as part of Drake’s “It’s All A Blur Tour — Big As The What?”

Country Music Hall of Fame group Alabama will return to the BJC at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, with The Oak Ridge Boys. The concert will be Alabama’s third appearance at the arena.
The group first performed at the BJC on Jan. 21, 1996, making it the first country music act to play the venue during its opening month. Alabama returned in 2019 for its 50th Anniversary Tour.
With more than 30 No. 1 country singles, Alabama is known for hits including “Mountain Music,” “Dixieland Delight” and “Song of the South.” The group was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2005.
Oak Ridge Boys, a country- gospel group, is known for “Elvira,” “Leaving Louisiana in the Broad Daylight” and “Y’all Come Back Saloon.”

“Weird Al” Yankovic — Oct. 11
Just two days after Alabama’s show, “Weird Al” Yankovic will bring his “Bigger & Weirder 2026 Tour” to the BJC at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11. Puddles Pity Party is set to open the concert.
The comedy-rock performer will bring a full-production show featuring his longtime band and four additional musicians. The set will include some of Yankovic’s best-known parody songs along with songs he has never performed live before.
Yankovic is known for parodies including “Eat It,” “Amish Paradise,” “Like a Surgeon” and “White & Nerdy.” His 2014 album “Mandatory Fun” became the first comedy album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Comedian John Mulaney will return to the BJC at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, for his “Mister Whatever” tour.
The appearance will mark Mulaney’s third time performing at Penn State. His most recent BJC appearance came in December 2023 during his “Bounce Back Tour.”
Mulaney has four Emmy Awards along with Critics’ Choice and Writers Guild of America awards. He has also hosted “Saturday Night Live” multiple times and most recently hosted and executive produced Netflix’s “Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney.”

Contemporary Christian band MercyMe will perform at the BJC at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, as part of its “Live 2026 Fall Tour.” The group will be joined by Jeremy Camp, Tim Timmons and Sam Wesley.
MercyMe is best known for songs including “I Can Only Imagine” and “Even If,” while Camp has released Christian hits including “I Still Believe” and “Dead Man Walking.”
MercyMe previously performed at the BJC in 2023 as part of its “Together Again” tour.

DJ and electronic music producer John Summit will close out the BJC’s currently scheduled fall entertainment lineup at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30.
Summit will bring his “CTRL ESCAPE Arena Tour” to State College as part of his first headlining arena tour. The show will feature a new production concept designed around large-scale visuals and an immersive experience.
The Illinois native, whose real name is John Walter Schuster, first gained widespread attention with his 2020 breakout single “Deep End.” He has since headlined major festivals including Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Ultra Music Festival and Lollapalooza.
His latest album, “CTRL ESCAPE,” includes collaborations with The Chainsmokers, Feid and Julia Wolf.

Fans heading to the Bryce Jordan Center should plan ahead for the venue’s security and bag policies.
The BJC uses walk-through metal detectors at its entrances and allows only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 by 1 inches. Backpacks, messenger bags, duffle bags, coolers and oversized clear bags are not permitted.
Outside food and drinks, refillable water bottles, tobacco products, weapons, illegal substances and unauthorized audio or video equipment also are prohibited. Fans should leave prohibited items in their vehicles since the BJC does not provide a check-in location for them. The venue also has a no re-entry policy, meaning guests should make sure they have everything they need before going through security.
The BJC also became a cashless venue on Sept. 2. Guests can pay with credit cards, debit cards and mobile payment methods, while LionCash and eligible Penn State meal plans are accepted at participating concessions. Guests carrying cash can convert it to a prepaid debit card for free at the Cash-to-Card kiosk at Portal 7.
Camera policies can vary by event, but the venue generally prohibits professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, flash photography, video cameras and other audio or visual recording equipment unless authorized. Cellphones are permitted as long as they do not interfere with other guests’ experience.
The BJC encourages fans to arrive early because security screening can take time, particularly for larger events. Event-specific rules can differ depending on the artist or tour, so guests should check the individual event page before attending.
