If you’re a fan of fastballs, the Milwaukee Brewers’ game against the New York Mets on Monday, July 20 is must-watch.

That’s because the all-powerful right arm of Jacob Misiorowski returns to the mound to face former Brewers ace Freddy Peralta.

He was also known as “Fastball Freddy” his first few seasons in Milwaukee because he threw heat about 80% of the time.

While Peralta has learned to mix his pitches more through the years, you can bet that, if PitchCom didn’t exist, both teams’ catchers would be flashing a single-finger sign more often than not in Game 1 of the three-game series at American Family Field.

With the Mets being one of the few teams on the outside of the postseason race, Peralta is likely being scouted by a number of contending teams, including the Brewers. However, over his last five starts, he’s 0-3 with a 7.59 ERA and a WHIP of 1.97 over 21⅓ innings.

Former Mets pitcher Brandon Sproat, who the Brewers acquired in the Peralta trade in the offseason along with Jett Williams, will pitch Tuesday, July 21. Sproat has been inconsistent much of the season but, in his last four starts, he’s 2-0 with a 2.45 ERA and 24 strikeouts in 18⅓ innings.

Here’s how to watch and listen to the series:

What channel is Brewers vs Mets on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday?

    • Live stream: The broadcasts are available on Brewers.TV and through the MLB app. A full-season plan costs $99.99 and monthly plans are $19.99. It includes all games not covered by a national broadcast, like ESPN or AppleTV. Fubo also offers a free trial for new subscribers.
    • Announcers: Brian Anderson or Jeff Levering (play-by-play), Bill Schroeder, Vinny Rottino or Tim Dillard (analysts) and Sophia Minnaert (field reporter) will call the games on Brewers.TV.
