Fans of comics, gaming, collectibles and all things pop culture are gathering in Pearl this weekend for the return of ToyCon.

The two-day event brings together collectors, cosplayers, artists and families for a weekend filled with rare finds, special guests and entertainment for fans of all ages.

ToyCon celebrates everything from nostalgic favorites to new treasures, with vendors offering comic books, action figures, collectibles and unique memorabilia.

Attendees can also explore themed displays, take photos, meet special guests and connect with other fans who share their passion for pop culture.

Organizers say the event is designed for everyone — from longtime collectors searching for rare items to families looking for a fun weekend experience.

Adam Leggett, owner of Nervana Comics, Games, and Collectibles, says ToyCon is about creating a place where fans can come together.

“We really are trying to be bringers of joy. There’s a lot of comic cons out there, a lot of places you can go. Pearl is growing.”

Leggett said even after moving away, he continues returning each year because of the connections built through the event and the community that helped it grow.

ToyCon continues through Sunday, and tickets are still available for those looking to join the celebration.
