The “New Heights” podcast is back from summer hiatus and Travis Kelce gushed about his wedding to his new wife Taylor Swift!
On the Wednesday (September 2) episode, the 36-year-old Kansas City Chiefs Tight End spoke with his brother about the July 3 nuptials, which took place at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Travis Kelce explained why he and Taylor Swift chose MSG as their wedding venue
“Thank you [to] everyone at MSG that allowed us to do this. We wanted to do it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions. We needed it to be a private feel. And MSG went above and beyond to give us that,” he explainedof the choice.
He added, “I can’t thank everybody enough that showed up but also that helped put the show on, and it was a very magical, magical night.”
Travis Kelce also spoke about the “insane” wedding
“It’s been so much fun, it was insane. It was a night we’ll never forget. Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up. From the vows to the seeing everyone to how much fun we had throughout the entire evening, and hearing that being relayed through everyone’s stories of that night…” he said.
