    Key Points

    • Todaycohost Dylan Dreyer confirms she and ex-husband Brian Fichera are officially divorced after 12 years together.

    • The meteorologist told podcast listeners that the end of her marriage was recent during the Oct. 15 episode.

    • Dreyer and Fichera announced their separation in July 2025.

Today cohost Dylan Dreyer has confirmed that she and ex-husband Brian Fichera are officially divorced.

Dreyer offered an inside look at her next chapter during the Oct. 15 episode of her The Parent Chatpodcast. She revealed that for “the last several months” she’s been living under the same roof as her mom, Linda Bullington.

“Why does my mom live with me? What is happening in my house that I have now taken up residence and have my mom as a roommate? As you know, I’m recently divorced,” Dreyer said. “So, my mom has been staying with me for months at a time.”

This not only helps Dreyer with childcare, but also allows her kids to spend time with their grandmother. Dreyer and Fichera are coparents to sons Cal, 9, Ollie, 6, and Rusty, 5. The former couple were married for 12 years before announcing their separation in July 2025.

“For many years, I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows, the ups and downs, and all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between,” she sharedport and love you’ve given me through it all.”

Dreyer added, “For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”

The Todaypersonality emphasized that she and Fichera would “remain the closest of friends” despite their split as her statement continued. “Most importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another,” she concluded. “Thank you as always for your support.”

Entertainment Weekly sister site PEOPLE confirmed in March that the meteorologist officially filed for divorce. Dreyer previously hinted “there was something we couldn’t fix,” which led to her and Fichera’s split.

“Everybody has their reasons for what leads to a separation or divorce. That’s another story with a lot of wine and that’s a whole different thing, but either way we’ve gotten to this place,” she said while guest-hosting Today with Jenna & Friendsin November 2025. “And there’s something freeing, I think, for Brian and I, where — whatever reasons, whatever broke in a marriage — you could either fix it if you can, and ideally you would, and you try to fix things. Or you accept that it’s broken, and you take this new step forward.”
