The proposed buyback will relate to the company’s equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each. The Board will also consider matters incidental and ancillary to the proposed buyback.
The company has made the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The outcome of the Board meeting will be communicated to the stock exchanges after the conclusion of the meeting on August 31, 2026.
