The Voice is back for Season 30 this week. Queen Latifah and Riley Green are joining the team as first-time coaches, alongside the returning Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine. This season will feature six weeks of live shows and real-time voting — a change-up from last season, where the competition was entirely prerecorded. This season’s coaches will also receive a First-In button for the Blind Auditions, which automatically puts the performer on their team.
