The Lonely Snow Widow and the Cursed Ring anime revealed the main trailer, along with an October 4 premiere date in Japan. Advance streaming through AnimeFesta is scheduled to begin on September 11.
The anime will be available in three versions in Japan with different levels of censorship. The on-air version has no age restriction and is intended for regular TV and streaming distribution. AnimeFesta will also offer a Premium Version containing uncensored scenes unavailable in the standard release, with both versions available through the platform. General streaming of the standard version begins on October 7.
The adaptation is directed by Kazuomi Koga (Rent-A-Girlfriend, The Banished Former Hero Lives as He Pleases), with Miyako Nishida as chief animation director and Eeyo Kurosaki in charge of the series composition. Character designs are by Mina Kyawa Akapi v, while studio HoKIBOSHI handling the animation under Suiseisha.

The anime previously revealed two character teasers for the main duo, along with their voice cast. The anime voice cast includes:
- Rikka Kitami as Mifuyu Yukino
- Harumichi Shito as Satoru Takahashi
- Sara Ayumi as Kaede Kiryuin
Based on the manga by Puuzaki Puuna, The Lonely Snow Widow and the Cursed Ring is set in a modern world where humans and yokai coexist. The story follows Satoru Takahashi, a young apartment manager who inherits a housing complex built for supernatural residents. After accidentally upsetting Mifuyu, a widowed snow woman he secretly admires, Satoru uses a mysterious ring said to improve communication with yokai. Instead, the artifact causes Mifuyu to become more forward, completely changing their relationship.
