London, UK, 3rd September 2026 – Gamitronics and Evolution Publishing are excited to announce the official 1.0 launch date for Darts VR2: Bullseye on Meta Quest, PSVR 2 and Steam. The premier VR darts simulator will leave Early Access across all supported platforms on 8th September 2026.
Delivering the most realistic VR darts experience for Meta Quest, PSVR 2 and SteamVR, Darts VR2: Bullseye is brimming with darts-focused entertainment. No matter if you prefer hitting bullseyes solo or with friends, test those skills in the classic 501 mode where scoring 180s reigns supreme. For more arcade action, defeat the undead hordes in Zombies; you can even unleash an explosive dart or two! Killstreak turns the dartboard into a rollercoaster ride, where hitting the same number consecutively will make the board come alive, twisting, turning, and setting it on fire. After all of that excitement, try out the zen Around the World mode, where it’s just you and the dartboard, no interruptions, and some trippy visuals.
Built as the ultimate darts simulator, Darts VR2: Bullseye has realistic physics woven into its DNA. Darts will fly where you point them, not necessarily where you intend for them to go. There are no aim assist mechanics here to fall back on. Making each triple 20, and double 15, a well-earned shot.
The v1.0 edition will feature lots of new elements to keep players entertained, from an expanded XP system with even more rewards to unlock, to the highly awaited esports-focused League mode. With the aid of the Darts VR2 community, the mode has been tested and polished during multiple League tests. Players are able to compete in weekly, monthly and seasonal tournaments, each with their own prize pools and additional prizes. These will range from exclusive in-game cosmetics for runners-up to cash gift cards for PlayStation, Quest and Amazon stores!
European and North American Leagues will open on 10th and 11th September 2026, respectively. Each nightly League match will support 16 players, with the final three going through to the monthly semi-finals. At the end of each 3-month season, the top players will then compete in the grand finals. More details, including how to enter, will be posted on Darts VR2: Bullseye’s social media channels.
“The Early Access launch in April was the first step on Darts VR2: Bullseye’s journey and now we’re making the most important yet with our v1.0 launch,” says Evolution Publishing’s CEO, Kevin Joyce. “It won’t be our last either, as the arrival of League is a critical step in Darts VR2: Bullseye’s future and our ongoing plans.
