KENNERDELL, Pa. (EYT) – Bidders and collectors will gather in Scrubgrass Township on Saturday, September 26, as Bullock’s Bid ‘N Buy conducts a comprehensive public estate auction for the Estate of Gary Sherrow.
The live, in-person event begins at 10:00 a.m. at 1208 Lisbon Rd in Kennerdell, with online bidding available for select featured items starting at 12:15 p.m.
Secluded 18.2-Acre Country Property Offered at Auction
The highlight of the real estate offering is a two-story home situated on 18.2 acres of wooded property. The home features two bedrooms and one full bath on the upper level. The ground level boasts hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen, a split dining room and office space, and a large living room. An enclosed back porch provides views of the surrounding wildlife and landscape.
Additionally, the property includes a large barn equipped for housing animals, vehicle storage, tools, or a dedicated workshop space.
Real Estate Terms: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required on the day of the auction, with the remaining balance due in 45 to 60 days upon closing. A 10% buyer’s fee applies to the real estate portion only.

- 1956 Chevrolet 3100 “Task Force” Series Pickup: Finished in classic orange, showing 5,272 miles, running and inspected (VIN #3AS6K016775). Features an egg-crate grille, headlight bezels, wraparound windshield, and vintage truck plate.
- 1965 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup: First-generation model showing 27,341 miles, running and inspected (VIN #C1444S211151). Features a two-tone teal/aqua body with a white roof.
- 2009 Lincoln Town Car “Signature Limited”:Showing 114,466 miles and fully inspected.
- Utility & Power Equipment: Premium field-ready compact utility tractor with bucket and brush hog attachments (219 hours), 2017 Simplicity “Citation XT” zero-turn mower with 5-foot deck (272 hours), 1999 Haul-Lite wood deck trailer with title, Shop Smith Mark 5 multi-tool machine, and a Fire Chief wood-burning stove.

- Gold & Jewelry: 14K gold cut ring, necklace, pendant, and cameo ring; 10K gold rolled Elgin and Bulova ladies’ watches; .925 sterling silver charm bracelets; and costume jewelry.
- Antiques & Collectibles: Vintage oil paintings, Howard Miller wall clock, Victorian grocery scale, milk cans, tobacco pipes, Fenton art glass, Pyrex cookware sets, cast-iron matchboxes, diecast WWII planes, vintage wood shipping crates, and mid-century modern furniture.
