The razor-fanged cohosts of Shark Tank have officially chomped at each other.
Business icon and star of the reality <a href="https://comicvibe.com/nycc-announcement-a-new-series-of-m3gan-from-blumhouse-idw/” title=”NYCC Announcement: A New Series Of M3GAN From Blumhouse & IDW”>series Robert Herjavec, 64, called out 72-year-old cohost and Marty Supremeactor Kevin O’Leary during a lightly tense segment on a new podcast, where they discussed on-camera drama that often bubbles up on the ABC show.
“I’m not intimidated by saying what needs to be said. What pisses me off, not just about Kevin, what was the pitch? We got into a huge argument where [cohost Mark] Cuban and I left the stage,” Herjavec recalled on SiriusXM’s Business Briefing with Janet Alvarez show (below).
Herjavec clarified that such drama is “not” fabricated, and stems from real, heated emotions during deliberations on which business pitches the panel of industry aces should invest in.
“When we’re in the moment, it’s very real,” Herjavec added, before clarifying, “My issue is, sometimes Kevin goes too far” during production, in terms of his treatment of entrepreneurs presenting their ideas to the panel.
“There’s no ‘too far.’ I’ll tell you why I’m right on this. The tank is tough. I get it. Maybe I’m tougher,” O’Leary replied. “But the real world out there is a bitch. If you can’t get through the tank, it’s going to eat your hiney to pieces.”
He continued: “If they can’t stand up to the heat they’re going to take — I’m not the only guy giving heat, particularly on numbers — then they’re going to fail anyway. So, it’s too bad, and I say, who’s next?”
Herjavec pushed back in the moment, telling O’Leary not to “insult the entrepreneur” while attempting to do business.
“I insult their idea, not them personally,” O’Leary said, before shifting his focus to make a point about what he called the “Darwinian nature of venture capital.”

Herjavec got a final dig in at O’Leary’s last statement about the Emmy-winning show’s premise.
“Gosh, you’re so inspiring,” he said, sarcastically applauding O’Leary’s words.
