Zach Cherry deliberately limits what he knows about Severance Season 3

Zach Cherry has found a way to avoid revealing Severance Season 3 spoilers by keeping himself out of the loop. The actor, who is currently working on the Apple TV series, says he intentionally limits how much he knows about the upcoming episodes.

During the ScreenRant interview, Cherry confirmed that he had been working on Severance the previous night. When asked how things were going and how he felt about returning for another season, he replied, “Good. Very very excited. Very very excited.”

The conversation then turned to how much Cherry could discuss about Season 3. The actor appeared cautious about even confirming that he was filming the series, joking that he was unsure whether he had been allowed to mention it. “I mean, even saying that I was working on it, I am like, ‘Was I allowed to say that? But I think so,'” Cherry said.

The actor then explained why he intentionally avoids learning too much about the show’s future. “I like to know as little as possible because I know people will ask. And I don’t want to have the answers to accidentally tell them,” Cherry said.

Severance premiered in 2022 and follows the employees of Lumon Industries, whose work and personal memories are separated through the company’s severance procedure. The series has continued to receive strong scores from both critics and viewers, with a 95% critics’ rating and an 80% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Season 3 is expected to premiere in 2027.
