Scorpions will drop their first graphic novel in October 2026 through Sumerian Comics. The 96-page book launches the German rock band into outer space. It builds on their “Rock You Like a Hurricane” music video.

The tale unfolds centuries from now. The band tours across galaxies and lands on Venus-7, a planet that hosts what the book calls the greatest afterparty in existence. Things go sideways fast. Warriors seize the musicians and battle to keep their world free of men. The celebration becomes a fight for survival.

“After more than six decades of rocking stages around the world, we’re ready to take fans on a different kind of journey,” the group said in a statement. “We’re excited to partner with Sumerian Comics on Scorpions: Hurricane, our first-ever graphic novel that lets us explore a bold new adventure unlike anything we’ve done before.”

Nathan Yocum wrote it. Daniel Maine drew the pictures, Fares Maese added colors, and Micah Myers handled the lettering.

The band started in Hannover, West Germany in 1965. They’ve sold more than 10 million records. VH1 put them at No. 46 on its Greatest Artists of Hard Rock list Their track “Rock You Like A Hurricane” hit No. 18 on VH1’s 100 Greatest Hard Rock Songs

Guitarist Rudolf Schenker has stuck with the band since day one. Singer Klaus Meine has sung on every studio album. Guitarist Matthias Jabs jumped in during 1978. Bassist Paweł Mąciwoda joined in 2003, and drummer Mikkey Dee arrived in 2016.

The hardcover runs 7.25 inches by 11 inches and has a dust jacket. Pre-orders begin at $40 for just the book. A $200 bundle will also be available, but only 250 copies will be sold. It packs a slipcase, poster, pin, guitar picks, shirt, and energy drinks.
