Nick and Charlie are back to say “hi” one last time this summer.

The nearly two-hour film is the finale to the three-season “Heartstopper” series, following teens Nick Nelson (Kit Connor) and Charlie Spring (Joe Locke), who fall in love after becoming close-knit friends. “These characters have meant a lot to us over the years,” Connor told Tudum. “As EPs, it feels like we can really say goodbye to them in a way that feels the most right. It is bittersweet, but it is also a really nice way of ending it.”
