A controller to rival the Master Sword’s power
A new rumor claims Nintendo could be preparing a special-edition Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller themed around The Legend of Zelda’s 40th anniversary.
The speculation began after it was first claimed that an Ocarina of Time themed Pro Controller was coming instead of a more general Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller. Then Necrolipe on X responded, saying he had also seen the controller’s design.
Later he clarified that the controller is reportedly a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller with a Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition design and not a controller specifically themed around The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
As with all unannounced products, the information should be treated as a rumor until officially confirmed by Nintendo and we will let you know when and if it’s officially announced.
