With how successful video game adaptations of movies and TV shows have become, it’s no wonder we’re seeing a lot more of it come out of the woodwork.

One high-profile video game IP taking the leap (heh) to TV is Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed, which is in production at Netflix.

While we haven’t seen any official footage of it just yet, we do get a sample of what the set looks like thanks to a leak.

Assassin’s Creed Netflix Show Leak Shows Us What the Set Looks Like

TikTok profile “user7114112338691” and X user Spirit of Rot posted videos of a set, which, as it turns out, is for the Assassin’s Creed Netflix show set in Rome. There’s not a lot to see outside of the rubble. walls and whatnot, as there are no characters leaked of the sort.

How do we know it’s for Assassin’s Creed? Because of the franchise’s iconic logo that makes an appearance (also the thrones):

Unfortunately, details on the Assassin’s Creed Netflix adaptation is scarce. And all we know is what Netflix has released: “Assassin’s Creed is a high-octane thriller centered on the secret war between two shadowy factions — one set on determining mankind’s future through control and manipulation, while the other fights to preserve free will. The series follows its characters across pivotal historical events as they battle to shape humanity’s destiny.”

The cast is known as well, and it features Lola Petticrew (Say Nothing, Tuesday), Toby Wallace (Euphoria Season 3, The Society), Zachary Hart (Slow Horses, Black Doves Season 2), Laura Marcus (Bad Education, Death by Lightning), Tanzyn Crawford (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Tiny Beautiful Things), Nabhaan Rizwan (In Camera, KAOS, Juice), and Claes Bang (The Square, Bad Sisters) as series regulars.

Also confirmed for recurring roles are Noomi Rapace (Lamb, Prometheus), Ramzy Bedia (Of Money and Blood, Haunted Minds), Sean Harris (Mission: Impossible — Fallout, The Stranger), and Corrado Invernizzi (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Ford v. Ferrari).

Running the show include Emmy nominees Roberto Patino (DMZ, Westworld, Sons of Anarchy) and David Wiener (Halo, Homecoming, The Killing).

There’s no release window set yet, but at the very least, the ball is rolling.

In other Assassin’s Creed news, the latest game in the franchise, Black Flag Resynced, has already exceeded Ubisoft’s annual expectations in just two weeks of availability. We also ran the first details for Assassin’s Creed Hexe based on leaked info.
