BROKEN ARROW, Okla., September 23, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Venu Holding Corporation (“VENU” or the “Company”) (NYSE AMERICAN: VENU), an owner, operator, and developer of premium live entertainment destinations, today announced that Regent Bank Amphitheater will open to the public on December 4 and 5, 2026 with its Winter Preview, featuring A Magical Cirque Christmas. The opening marks a significant milestone for VENU®, moving its Broken Arrow venue in the Tulsa market, from development to active operation. The Winter Preview, the first of a series of performances this winter and spring, introduces Regent Bank Amphitheater in its nearly 5,000-seat theater configuration ahead of an inaugural summer 2027 season when the amphitheater is anticipated to utilize its full capacity of 12,500 seats. The venue’s year-round programming model allows it to operate across two configurations, maximizing its calendar and revenue potential across all four seasons. Additional programming will be announced in the coming months.
A Magical Cirque Christmas is a high-flying holiday spectacular from ICON LIVE appearing in more than 30 cities across the country this season. The production brings together world-class acrobats, aerialists, and circus artists, including Guinness World Record holder Leila Noone, internationally acclaimed magician Mark Clearview, and fourth-generation circus performer Jonathan Rinny, for an evening of spectacle, comedy, and holiday music.
