‘Spirituality keeps me grounded’In an industry where fame and success can easily become overwhelming, Thejaswini credits spirituality and her upbringing for keeping her rooted. “The journey of spirituality is forever. I feel I’ve only just started, and there’s so much more to learn and unlearn. It has kept me very grounded,” she says. Her spiritual journeys are as much about the experience as the destination. “I find God in everyone. Going to temples calms you down and humbles you. I like just to be there, see the idol, soak in the aura and come back,” she adds.For Thejaswini, spirituality is not limited to a particular place or ritual. It is also about how one treats others and navigates everyday life. “I believe we are breathing because of a certain energy. We may worship different idols or follow different beliefs, but something keeps us going. With so much negativity around us these days, all we need is to keep ourselves positive and find that strength from the universe,” she says.
