Those of you wanting that Dek skin from Predator: Badlands after it was teased at the beginning of the month for the 2026 edition of Fortnitemares, your wait is over. Epic has finally let Dek out to hunt in Fortnite, complete with several Predator: Badlands-themed cosmetics.
Dek’s arrival is accompanied by a brief trailer from the official Fornite X account, with the expected view from Dek’s helmet.
Dek’s addition to the event includes two skins, one masked and the other unmasked. You can also pick up Thia as your back bling (with Thia’s eyes flipping back and forth with the Weyland-Yutani logo), Dek’s Plasma Sword as his pickaxe, and the Predator Sword Slash emote, where Dek slices up some vines and lets out a roar of victory.
Unfortunately, you won’t have long to enjoy Dek in Fortnitemares this year, as the annual event ends on November 1. But that shouldn’t stop you from visiting the Item Shop and grabbing him, along with his accompanying accessories.
And in case you missed it, this year you can also grab skins for Freddy Krueger, Nikki from Obsession, Beetlejuice, Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Purge, Slender Man and more.
