Pokemon Pokopia Dazzling Decorations DLC gets release date, new event announced

Pokemon Pokopia just announced the release date for Part 2 of its Expansion Pass, which is known as Dazzling Decorations. Players will be able to access the new content on December 9, 2026.
The upcoming DLC lets players dress up Ditto and other Pokemon in a range of adorable accessories. Cool sunglasses, classy bow ties, and more will be available, allowing Ditto to match other creatures, such as a Sylveon ribbon.
Here’s some additional information:
Part 2 of the Pokemon Pokopia Expansion Pass, Dazzling Decorations, is on the way, arriving December 9, 2026. With the release of Part 2, players that purchased the Pokemon Pokopia Expansion Pass paid DLC will be able to dress Ditto and their Pokémon neighbors in an array of accessories. Additionally, more Pokemon and new items will be available.
The ver. 3.0.0 free software update must be applied to your game before you can play the Dazzling Decorations paid DLC.
On top of exploring new towns, befriending more Pokemon, wearing new accessories, and discovering new items, players who purchase the expansion pass will receive additional gifts with purchase – including a recipe for dynamic Ditto print blocks and wallpaper! Before beginning Dazzling Decorations, players must first complete important requests in Withered Wasteland, including “Raise the environment level!,” “Rebuild the Pokémon Center!,” and Drifloon’s “Find a doll!” request.
A new Pokemon Pokopia event has also been announced, titled Apples to Applin. This adds Applin, Flapple, Appletun, Dipplin, and Hydrapple. It will run between November 16 and December 1.
Here’s what to expect from the event:
All Pokemon Pokopia players can participate in the Apples to Applin event taking place November 16, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. to December 1, 2026, at 4:59 a.m. During this event, Applin, the Apple Core Pokémon, is coming to town and – like most Pokemon – they have a request for Ditto. Collect Syrupy Apples and exchange them for fun items including apple-themed furniture. You can then use those items to build habitats that a-peel to Flapple, Appletun, Dipplin, and Hydrapple too!
To participate in the Apples to Applin event, make sure you’re using software version 2.0.1 or later. You can check which software version you’re using by visiting the Options tab on the HOME menu.
