Pokemon Center has revealed a new collection of framed maps, dioramas, and miniature landmarks celebrating all nine Pokemon regions, from Kanto to Paldea.
On November 6, The Pokemon Company announced a massive new merchandise lineup inspired by the locations players have explored throughout the franchise’s 30-year history.
The collection features 27 different products, with each region receiving its own framed map, diorama music box, and papercraft model based on an iconic location.
The dioramas are arguably the highlight, recreating famous routes from each generation in miniature form. These include Route 1 from Pokemon Red and Green, Route 29 from Gold and Silver, and Route 209 from Diamond and Pearl.
Better yet, they’re functional music boxes that play melodies from their respective games, giving fans a little nostalgia to go along with their miniature adventures.
Each music-box diorama costs 12,100 yen (around $76), while the framed maps are priced at 16,500 yen (around $105).
Pokemon joins the gaming diorama trend
As Famitsu reports, the maps feature raised terrain details rather than simply printing the regions onto paper. Each comes surrounded by a decorative frame featuring Pikachu and various Berries.
There are also buildable papercraft models recreating landmarks such as the S.S. Anne in Kanto, Bell Tower in Johto, Prism Tower in Kalos, and the academies from Scarlet and Violet. Some even feature moving parts, with prices ranging from 2,750 to 3,850 yen.
The announcement comes as miniature gaming dioramas have become popular collectibles, particularly among PlayStation fans.
PokemonThe Console Heroes PlayStation dioramas recreate scenes from classics such as Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid, and Twisted Metal inside miniature PS1 jewel cases.
Those collectibles have proven difficult to get hold of, with certain sets listed as sold out by retailers.

Pokemon has also been ramping up its own unusual merchandise. Earlier this week, Pokemon Center revealed customizable keychains that let fans display their full team of six.
