It’s that time when PlayStation Plus adds more titles to its catalogue, and during the hot summer, fans can take The Big Walk while indoors and play other offerings.

As the season continues to turn up the heat, PlayStation Plus is adjusting the thermostat to blazing to add three more new titles to the service. This is so fans have something to play and for fans to have a good excuse to stay indoors during the sweatiest month of the year. For August 2026, PS Plus has unveiled three more titles to the service, headlined by Dying Light 2: Becoming Human and the next best way friends can go on a walk without leaving the comfort of their home, the anticipated indie title The Big Walk. If neither of these titles is your speed, SIGNALIS (and its horror-leaning atmosphere) has got you covered.

CGMagazine’s review of Dying Light 2: Becoming Human calls it “a bold doubling down of all the elements that made the first game great, while also making ambitious strides in its open-world gameplay,” and now fans who have experienced the first title (or haven’t played the series at all, considering the story is not a direct sequel) can jump in with both feet and start slaying zombies as the pilgrim Aiden Caldwell.

On the other hand, The Big Walk is a brand-new indie experience launching on PlayStation Plus so fans can jump in with no extra cost on day one. The ethos of The Big Walk is to go out, get lost, and have fun with friends, in a cooperative multiplayer experience that’s all about teamwork and shooting the breeze. While Dying Light 2 can inspire the more serious PlayStation Plus subscribers, The Big Walk promotes tomfoolery and friendship.

If neither of these games is your jam, the chilling SIGNALIS is also being added to the service. Adding a dose of survival horror to the equation, SIGNALIS injects players into the visor of a Replika – an android – who defrosts from stasis only to find that her vessel has crashed into an arctic planet. With everyone seemingly dead, a strange infection has afflicted some of the crew, and as the protagonist Elster, you have to head out and search for your lost companion. Players will have their work cut out for them as they try to survive.

PlayStation Plus is also celebrating the launch of MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls with the freebie MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls PlayStation Plus Pack. Starting on August 6, all PlayStation Plus members can claim a MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls PlayStation Plus Pack from the PlayStation Store at no extra cost.

The pack includes five avatars inspired by MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls characters, featuring Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, and Ghost Rider. Also included is a set of Result Screen Character Poses featuring 20 characters, including Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Peni Parker, and more.

Fans looking for more information on any of these titles can check out the official release from the PlayStation Blog.
