Karan Kundrra takes a hilarious dig at Elvish Yadav
Karan took a playful dig at Elvish after the two mentors were involved in a heated exchange during a recent episode of Playground Season 5. Sharing a video of himself singing a popular Punjabi song, Karan appeared to refer to the equation between Elvish and Tejasswi. The song included the lines, “Chhota devar bhabhi naal ladiaye oye,” which roughly translates to a younger brother-in-law fighting with his sister-in-law. His light-hearted reaction was widely interpreted as a humorous response to the ongoing disagreement between the two mentors.
The latest argument began while Elvish was discussing his team and explaining that he would not want any of his team members to be swapped. Tejasswi responded sarcastically, questioning who would want someone from their own team to leave. Their conversation quickly escalated, with Tejasswi telling Elvish, “Main tumhari maa nahi jo tumhe sikhaungi.” Elvish responded by saying that he was like a brother to his teammates and would guide them.
All about their feud
Tejasswi then took another apparent dig at Elvish, telling him to teach others how to “destroy someone else’s home”. The exchange became more intense when Elvish accused Tejasswi of being biased from the beginning. Tejasswi immediately challenged the allegation and questioned why he considered her biased.
Elvish then pointed out that their interaction was being recorded and appeared to warn Tejasswi about what could happen online after the episode aired. Tejasswi, however, refused to be intimidated. She said she was not scared and accused Elvish of trying to frighten her by suggesting that viewers would react negatively.
She also questioned whether her career and success were dependent merely on social media likes and comments. The heated exchange quickly became a talking point among viewers, particularly because of the contrasting personalities and mentoring styles of the two reality-show stars. Elvish shares a strong bond with Karan.
Playground Season 5 features Elvish, Tejasswi and Aarush Bhola as mentors. Elvish has returned to the franchise, while Tejasswi and Aarush are making their mentoring debuts. The fifth season premiered on August 1, with new episodes releasing daily on MX Player.
