The English dub of One Piece’s Elbaph Arc will begin streaming on Crunchyroll from October 20. One thing will change, which is the release schedule. Unlike previous English dub releases, which arrived in multi-episode batches, the Elbaph Arc will follow a weekly release schedule alongside the ongoing broadcast.
Before the Elbaph Arc begins, Crunchyroll will also stream the English, Spanish, and Portuguese dubs of One Piece Heroines from October 13 at 9:30 PM IST / 9 AM. PT. The Elbaph Arc English dub then premieres on October 20 at 9 a.m. PT with Episode 1156. Both releases will be available on Crunchyroll in India, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
Episode 1157 is scheduled for October 27, with additional episodes releasing every Tuesday at 9:30 PM IST / 9 AM PT.
The Elbaph Arc picks up after the Straw Hat Pirates escape Future Island Egghead. Accompanied by the Giant Warrior Pirates, Luffy and his crew finally arrive at Elbaph, the legendary Land of Giants that has been teased throughout the series for years. The new arc promises reunions with familiar faces, encounters with powerful new characters, and another major step in the crew’s search for the One Piece treasure.
Based on Eiichiro Oda’s long-running manga, One Piece first premiered as an anime in 1999 and has since become one of the longest-running television anime series ever produced. The story follows Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates as they travel across the Grand Line in search of the legendary treasure known as the One Piece, with Luffy aiming to become the next King of the Pirates.
Crunchyroll has steadily expanded One Piece dubbed availability over the past few years, including Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu dubs for Indian audiences.
