Sanji wants to protect his body

In the chapter titled “Love is Defense,” the main focus is on the fight between Sanji and Killingham. It starts with Sanji making saving his body his top priority during the battle, as he realizes it has helped him overcome life’s hardships. Fans then see several panels depicting the battles Sanji has fought in his life. One shows him with Zeff, while in the others he appears alongside Reiju and his enemies, including Mr. 2 Bon Clay, Absalom, Jabra, Vinsmoke Judge, Wadatsumi, and many more.

Killingham forms black armor

He thinks about the bodies his siblings have and concludes that he would’ve already died if he had their structure. However, this is also the reason he has little regard for his own. He realizes that, apart from armament haki, he needs a defense to win this fight. Sanji keeps kicking Killingham, who is still in his hybrid form. To avoid that, Killingham coats himself in Omen, forming black armor that only Conqueror’s Haki can break. Sanji then forms a new kind of flame on his leg, resembling Ifrit Jambe’s flames.

Sanji kicks Killingham

The tip of Killingham’s Longinus spear breaks when Sanji blocks it, but the impact knocks Sanji down. He examines the flames and realizes his armament Haki has reached a higher level. As a result, Sanji no longer feels pain from attacks. Sanji gets back up and describes himself as Luffy’s shield, labeling Zoro the sword. Suddenly, black lightning appears, and Sanji hits Killingham with a spinning back kick combined with Conqueror’s Haki. At the end of the chapter, his kick lands directly on Killingham’s face, and he is seen spitting blood.
