Amelia in Smash WHEN?!

Nintendo always operates in their own world, and it serves them incredibly well. While you might know to some degree what’s next for Nintendo, there’s also a completely different side to the Big N. where it’s pretty much impossible to figure out what they’re up to. Today brings us a perfect, albeit very small example of that.
As you probably know, Nintendo recently dropped firmware update 23.0.0 for Switch and Switch 2. That update included a wealth of new features for Switch 2 users and an important fix for Switch owners. To help spread the news Nintendo has not only put out an announcementuded a Mii as well
If you’re not someone who frequents the Switch/Switch 2 Informational Center, you might not be familiar with Amelia N.. She’s a fictional “host” of the news section that drops by every so often with tidbits about updates and other things Nintendo has been up to. Amelia returned to share details on the latest Switch/Switch 2 firmware update, but she also brought a QR code with her.
If you can the QR code above, you’ll have access to the first, official Mii of Amelia N.! She’s perfect for adding to your Switch/Switch 2 for use in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream or any other Mii-related title. Again, it’s not the biggest or most exciting announcement Nintendo has ever made, but there’s something undeniably great knowing somewhere within Nintendo’s team was a group dedicated to giving Amelia some Mii representation.
