Cronje has previously examined DeFi protocol mechanisms, noting that auto compounders provide non compounders with a haircut. He has also compared funding rates, observing that BTC total return swaps offer a 1.8% rate and no ADL risk compared to 10.95% for perpetuals. These analyses frame his continuing interest in innovative structures within crypto markets.
