It’s a day ending in “Y,” which means, yup, another Grand Theft Auto 6 leak has hit the internet. This time, hacker/leaker Cyberleek has shared a new gameplay clip showing Jason exploring what appears to be some sort of nudist club or colony at night, showing off a vast array of body types, some impressive pool lighting, and the violence GTA is known for.
On August 24, following another poll on Cyberleek’s site, the group or person behind the multiple GTA 6 leaks released yet another short clip of gameplay. But this time, the clip featured a lot of nudity. It seems Jason has found some sort of nudist colony, as all sorts of people can be seen in the newest leak completely or partially naked. Some of them respond negatively to Jason, who in the clip can be seen using binoculars to look at some of the nudists from just a few feet away. When one woman gets very mad at Jason, the person playing fights back and then uses a pistol to kill her and many others around the lovingly rendered nighttime pool.
I’m genuinely impressed by the various body types on display in the clip. Not just in size and scale, but also skin color, age, and height. The variety of NPCs Rockstar has created forGTA 6 seems much larger than anything seen in past GTA games. But the thing I’m most impressed by is just how damn nice that pool looks at night. As someone who loves swimming at night and hanging around a big, lit-up pool in a dark backyard, I’m very familiar with the bluish pool glow that you get from that setup and the way light reacts to objects floating on the surface. And in this new leakedGTA 6 clip, which is already being yanked offline over copyright claims, Rockstar Games seems to have perfectly nailed the vibes of a nighttime pool. It’s a tiny detail, but the kind of thing that elevates the studio’s open-world games over the rest.
In the leaked gameplay clip, Cyberleek also teased the possible release of Lucia’s prologue. So far, the leaker has only shown gameplay of Jason, leading some to suggest they don’t have access to a build. Cyberleek also asks people to dress up as leeks and protest outside Rockstar’s HQ.
Since August 18, Cyberleek has been posting leaked gameplay clips from a build of GTA 6 believed to be from no later than 2025, due to the music included in some clips. The hacker claims to be doing this as a protest against digital pre-orders and GTA 6′s lack of a physical release. However, the leaker is also involved with crypto and charges fans to vote on which GTA 6 clip gets released next. Take-Two is currently hunting down the person or group, as revealed in court docs, in an effort to stop them from leaking even more of the game, which is expected to be one of the largest video games released in decades.
On August 27,Netflix will host the “official” gameplay reveal ofGrand Theft Auto 6, which is set to launch on November 19 on PS5 and Xbox. However, at this point, it seems like that won’t be nearly as exciting a reveal as Rockstar or Netflix expected.
