Fouradditional voice cast membershave been revealed for the ongoingLiar GameTV anime series. The anime first aired in Japan on April 6, 2026 and is broadcasting for two consecutive cours.
The four new voice cast members for the series include:

Yuzo Sato(The Gene of AIdirector) is serving as chief director for the anime adaptation, withAsami Kawano(The Vampire Dies In No Timeassistant director) as director,Tatsuhiko Urahata(Baki Hanma) as series composer and screenwriter,Kei Tsuchiya(Trillion Game) as character designer, andKisuke Koizumi(Trillion Game, My Happy Marriage) as sound director.Madhouseis in charge of the animation production.
The suspense manga series byShinobu Kaitaniran in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine from February 17, 2005 to January 22, 2015. A total of 19 tankobon volumes were published in Japan. Another short manga series by Kaitani was launched in February 2026.
The manga also inspired a Japanese live-action TV drama, a Korean live-action TV drama, a live-action film, and a stage play.
REMOW licensed the series for global streaming in August 2025.
