An update for Laser Dance released today which brings six new levels to the game and introduces a new green laser that mimics your every move.
Laser Dance, the Early Access mixed-reality laser obstacle course by Cubism creator Thomas Van Bouwel, gets an update today which adds six new levels and a new laser type. The green mimic laser only moves when you move, giving new importance to anticipation and planning as you weave your way in and amongst the lasers.
The update is the second major update since Laser Dance launched in Early Access last November, and marks the game’s next big step toward full release.
A trailer has been released alongside the update’s launch:

Laser Dance turns your living space into a challenging maze full of lasers, where the goal of the game is to navigate the maze and reach strategic destinations throughout the room. We reviewed the game when it debuted late last year, noting “it belongs in most libraries and should be a go-to party game.”
Laser Dance is available now on Quest 3 and 3S, where it currently enjoys a user rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars based on over 250 reviews. The Mimic Update is available now.
