The NASCAR Cup Series Chase heads to Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday for the South Point 400, and Kyle Larson suddenly has a little breathing room at the top of the standings. Larson followed his win at Illinois and second-place run at Bristol with another win at Kansas, moving him to 2,282 points and stretching his lead over Denny Hamlin to 26 points. Hamlin is still right there in second, but Christopher Bell, Joey Logano, Ryan Blaney, and the rest of the playoff field are starting to feel the pressure as The Chase keeps tightening.
Plenty of racing remains, though, and Las Vegas gives the field another chance to shake things up. Bell is 50 points back in third, Logano is 67 back in fourth, and all 16 drivers are still mathematically alive with plenty of races left before the championship is decided. The South Point 400 now becomes the next major test for Larson, who has a chance to strengthen his grip on first place, while Hamlin and the rest of the contenders try to keep him from pulling away.
The green flag drops in Vegas at 5:30 p.m. EDT on Sunday evening, and race fans across the country can watch every lap with Sling TV.

For Sling subscribers, the channel setup is simple. The South Point 400 airs on USA Network, which means you need Sling Blue or Sling Orange & Blue to watch the race. Sling Orange by itself won’t work for this one, nor will any of the other cheaper packages.
Here are the ways you can tune in with Sling:
- Sling TV Blue ($45.99/month)
- Sling TV Orange & Blue ($60.99/month)
While Sling is always our choice for NASCAR races, you can also catch the action with any of these other top streaming services:
- DIRECTV STREAM ($59.99/month for the first three months, then $89.99/month)
- Hulu + Live TV ($89.99/month with a 3-day free trial; also includes Disney+ and ESPN Unlimited)
- YouTube TV ($52.99/month for the first two months, then $82.99/month with a variable free trial)
Sling is the best choice for regular broadcasts, but die-hard race fans can also sign up for HBO Max (starting at $18.49/month) to catch alternate angles, in-car cameras, and multi-view coverage, giving you a different way to follow the action on Sunday.
