Jimothy, World Cup and more Seattle crazes hit collectible market

Where were you when the world stopped and all eyes seemed glued to a short-spined racoon?

The summer of 2026 in Seattle was filled with FIFA World Cup games, heatwaves and, of course, Jimothy. While summer technically doesn’t end until next month, you can start gathering keepsakes from the season with a number of collectibles from three warm months in the city of Seattle. And some items could cost you.

Here’s what to checkout if you want to remember the 2026 summer in Seattle.

Where to get Jimothy collectibles

Since he made an appearance on the streets of Seattle last month, Jimothy the raccoon has been a muse for all kinds of collectibles.

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum quickly capitalized on the attention, producing a Jimothy bobblehead ($30) that will ship at the end of 2026. The organization will be donating $1,000 to PAWS, an animal care nonprofit in Seattle, and will donate an additional $1,000 for every 1,000 numbered bobbleheads sold.

The Seattle Glassblowing Studio is selling handcrafted Jimothy sculptures ($125), which is also available as an ornament. At least one Seattle-area tattoo artist is offering Jimothy tattoos ($150) and there is a world of shirt options featuring the racoon, inlcuding one from jimothyraccoon.com with an “I <3 Jimothy” image ($25).

The Seattle Mariners hosted a special Jimothy night earlier this month, where attendees could score a special Jimothy baseball card. The resale market for the cards has skyrocketed online ($350). Some cards are priced significantly lower ($35).

A special gold version of the Jimothy Card is currently being auctioned on eBay for $15,000.

Sports collectibles

Before the 2026 MLB season began, the Seattle Mariners announced a new offering at T-Mobile Park: food in a ferry. The replica’s of a Washington State Ferries boat was created to help honor the agency’s 75th anniversary this year.

Resellers have listed special gold versions of the food container ($224.99 ), a “rare” ferry boat ($130) and another listed as “limited edition” ($55). In June, WSF started selling the replica boats aboard their actual vessels.

FIFA’s emergence in Seattle for the 2026 World Cup brough with it many memorable games and specialty items, including a city-specific jersey ($375) that is sold out from FIFA but still available online ($750) from multiple sellers ($60).

Public transit riders also got the chance to score a special ORCA Card, which was available for free or at ticket stations and is now available on the resale market ($30).

This summer also saw the Seattle Seahawks return to practices after winning last year’s Super Bowl. In early June, players from the winning roster received their Super Bowl Rings. A replica version of the ring is also available ($1,595).
