If you can’t get into Fortnite today, you’re probably hitting scheduled maintenance rather than an outage. Epic Games is taking servers offline on November 1, 2026, to roll out v43.00 and launch the Treasure Hunters Mini-Season.With the update rolling out, Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 is officially over, and the new mini season is live. Fortnite v43.00 update’s maintenance begins at 1 AM ET on November 1 and is expected to last about three hours. Clocks in the US go back at 2 AM local time that same morning, so the end time on a US clock may look shorter than three hours. The conversions below count three real hours from 5:00 AM UTC.
- US Pacific: 10 PM PDT, October 31 to 1 AM PDT
- US Eastern: 1 AM EDT to 3 AM EST
- UK: 5 AM to 8 AM
- Central Europe: 6 AM to 9 AM
- India: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- Japan and Korea: 2 PM to 5 PM
- Sydney and Melbourne: 4 PM to 7 PM
- UTC: 5 AM to 8 AM
While servers are offline, players can’t load into matches or any other game mode. Matchmaking is typically disabled about 30 minutes before downtime begins, so you may be unable to start a new match shortly before the official start. Finish any active games early, because getting booted mid-match is a common frustration on update day.
How long will the maintenance last
Three hours is the working estimate, but past updates show the actual window can differ. Routine patches usually last one to two hours, while new seasons and chapters can stretch to four or five hours or more. A mini-season launch with a large collaboration drop could fall somewhere in between. Scheduled maintenance generally runs from one to four hours, though it can vary. If servers aren’t back at the expected time, Epic may have extended the window.
What’s arriving with v43.00
Once servers return, the update brings the Treasure Hunters Mini-Season with its pirate theme. The announced collaborations include One Piece, with Luffy, Ace, and Buggy the Clown, along with Pirate Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto, Lil Uzi Vert, and A$AP Rocky. Epic hasn’t said whether every item will be available at launch.
