InFocus Group Holdings Ltd (ASX:IFG) traded flat at AUD 0.0040 during the morning session on 12 August 2026, with shares remaining down 80.00% over the past year. The Data Analytics and software solutions company has announced the first major upgrade of its Codexa platform, strengthening its iGaming offering with new player features, operator tools and AI-enabled compliance capabilities.

Codexa is an internally developed sweepstakes casino platform operated through InFocus Gaming Technologies (IFG iGaming). The platform is currently targeting the US sweepstakes casino market, offering a white-label solution for potential gaming operators alongside a limited commercial launch under IFG iGaming’s own brand.

Codexa Upgrade Expands Player and Operator Features

The latest Codexa upgrade focuses on improving both the user experience and the operational capabilities available to gaming operators.

For players, the platform has received a redesigned interface intended to replicate elements of a VIP casino environment within an online setting.

New social features include in-app chat functionality, while peer-to-peer transfers of chips and coins between players have been developed for future release.

The platform has also been optimised for mobile usage through technology designed to adapt the experience based on device capability and connection quality.

InFocus has integrated AI-enabled features including a personal AI-powered concierge designed to provide gaming recommendations based on player history and inferred preferences.

AI Compliance Engine Targets Operator Efficiency

A key component of the Codexa upgrade is a proprietary AI-driven compliance engine developed internally by IFG.

The technology covers anti-fraud measures, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

The compliance system includes real-time transaction monitoring, identity verification and sanctions screening capabilities.

InFocus said the new backend tools are designed to reduce the complexity of operating a gaming platform by allowing operators to manage activities with a smaller team while improving scalability.

The company believes the compliance technology could support discussions regarding potential future acceptance of Credit card payments on the platform, although any implementation would depend on third-party payment processors and card network requirements.

White-Label Strategy Remains Core Commercial Focus

The Codexa upgrade aligns with InFocus’ broader commercialisation strategy focused on white-label licensing and managed services.

The platform allows prospective operators to customise game providers and the number of games available on their platforms.

At launch, Codexa will integrate with game providers offering access to more than 6,000 games, with individual operators able to select their preferred content mix.

InFocus expects potential white-label arrangements to generate Revenue through monthly licensing fees, gaming revenue percentage fees and managed service charges covering areas such as IT infrastructure, deployment and maintenance.

The company said the lower operational complexity enabled by Codexa may allow it to target potential operators beyond traditional gaming businesses, including Social Media personalities with established audiences.

Platform Development Supports Broader iGaming Expansion

The latest Codexa version follows the removal of the previous goldante.com technical preview, which has been taken offline while the upgraded platform is deployed.

InFocus is also preparing Patent applications covering certain technology elements developed within Codexa.

The company has not disclosed details of the patent applications to protect its intellectual property position.

Beyond gaming applications, InFocus believes aspects of its compliance engine may have potential uses in other sectors requiring transaction monitoring and compliance capabilities.

The company is engaging with payment platform operators and other compliance-focused industries regarding potential applications.

    Multi-Track Commercialisation Approach Continues

InFocus continues to pursue multiple commercial pathways for Codexa, including white-label licensing, managed services for third-party operators and limited commercial operations in the United States.

The company is also considering future opportunities to divest the IFG iGaming Business unit.

The Codexa platform forms part of InFocus’ broader software and technology portfolio, which includes data analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning, Cybersecurity and software development capabilities.

    Management Commentary on Codexa Development

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Ken Tovich said the initial launch of Codexa confirmed the company had developed a platform capable of competing within the sweepstakes market.

He said the latest upgrade adds social gaming features for players and an AI-enabled backend designed to simplify platform management for operators.

Tovich highlighted the company’s internally developed compliance technology as a key component of the platform, with potential applications beyond gaming.

InFocus Group’s latest update highlights continued development of its Codexa iGaming platform through enhanced user features, operator tools and AI-based compliance technology.

The company is targeting the US sweepstakes casino market through white-label licensing, managed services and limited commercial operations. Investors may continue monitoring customer adoption, commercial partnerships, regulatory considerations and the broader rollout of Codexa features.
