Spooky season is almost over, but this year, the haunting won’t end with Halloween. That’s because Quinn Shepard’s spicy drama The Body, described as “a love letter to all the ’90s and Y2K teen movies and erotic thrillers,” premieres on November 11.
Before we head to Catholic High School with the Lions dance team, we’re taking a deep dive into the careers of the young stars dancing their way into our hearts (or nightmares?) in The Body. While the series has cast mainly fresh faces for American viewers, viewers may recognize High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star Sofia Wylie, The Pitt alum Jackson Kelly, and Finding Her Edge heartthrob Cale Ambrozic.
While filming, the cast got incredibly close. Geena Meszaros told People, “We started out with a month of dance rehearsals before we started filming. It was seven hours a day of rehearsals, and I felt like that was very, very bonding.” Get to know the cast of The Body below!

Ahead of the series premiere, director Quinn Shepard shared, “This was Kristina’s first time doing an American accent, and she had such an unbelievable transformation, even just in the prep for this, doing her hair, learning her accent.
