Hey Seven has identified Bettor Capital as its seed investor and first institutional backer. The investment funded development of Hey Seven’s AI-native player development platform for casinos, online gaming businesses and omnichannel operators.

The size and timing of the seed investment were not disclosed. Hey Seven said its technology is now being deployed with operators across land-based, online and combined physical and digital gaming environments.

The platform is designed to help gaming companies identify premium and emerging premium players earlier. It also supports personalized communications and player engagement at a scale that would be difficult for human casino host and player development teams to manage independently.

Gaming operators traditionally use player segmentation models to identify their most valuable customers. Hey Seven believes these legacy systems can overlook players whose activity suggests they may become high-value customers in the future.

The company’s platform combines gaming intelligence, behavioral intelligence and conversational intelligence into a unified player profile. This allows operators to examine betting activity alongside behavioral patterns and previous communications.

Hey Seven applies autonomous AI to this information while allowing operators to establish rules and restrictions governing how the system acts. The platform can then help teams prioritize outreach, personalize interactions and provide high-touch attention to a larger group of players.

The company is positioning its technology as a productivity and revenue tool for gaming operators with limited player development reh existing premium customers while identifying promising players before they appear in conventional VIP classifications

Hey Seven said Bettor Capital’s investment allowed it to finance product development before broader commercial deployment. The company believes customers can therefore adopt an operational platform rather than funding development of an unfinished product.

Bettor Capital invests in early-stage companies serving the real-money online gaming market. Its strategy focuses primarily on software and infrastructure supporting the continued digitization of betting and gaming businesses.

The firm backed Hey Seven based on the founding team’s experience across major gaming operators and enterprise technology companies. Bettor Capital also cited the potential for artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, personalization and revenue generation within player development.

Hey Seven was founded by executives with experience in gaming and technology. The company said its platform is built around the principles of excellence, transparency and accountability.

“Bettor Capital understood what we were building before anyone else did. As our first institutional investor, they gave us the conviction and the rey one.”

Tal Rubinstein, Co-Founder and CEO of Hey Seven

“Player development represents a large opportunity for efficiency gains and optimization, where AI and new technology can make a significant impact.”

“Hey Seven combines deep operator expertise with purpose-built AI to address a problem every casino and digital gambling platform faces: building stronger relationships with premium players at scale.”

“We backed this team early because we believe they have the experience and vision to define the next generation of player development.”

David VanEgmond, Managing Partner of Bettor Capital
