Hasbro has opened preorders for its first wave of The Legend of Zelda action figures, a three-piece “Heroes of Hyrule” line depicting Link, Princess Zelda and Ganondorf. Pre-orders for the Hasbro The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf figures opened at 5pm PT/8pm ET on July 22, 2026, through Hasbro Pulse and its Amazon storefront. The figures are due on shelves in Spring 2027, with a specific ship date pegged to early May.

Hasbro officially revealed the first images of its new Legend of Zelda action figure line, known as Heroes of Hyrule, with the collectibles based on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom rather than the upcoming live-action movie as some had speculated. The reveal landed at San Diego Comic-Con, where Hasbro is also displaying the figures in person through the show’s final day.

Link and Zelda at $27.99, Ganondorf’s Bigger Sculpt at $42.99

Each figure features extensive articulation and includes a variety of accessories: Link comes with a Hylian Shield, Master Sword, and an interchangeable Zonai-powered hand; Zelda includes a Decayed Master Sword and an interchangeable right hand; and Ganondorf ships with a Gloom Sword, scabbard, and an interchangeable right hand. Link and Zelda will each retail for $27.99, while Ganondorf will be priced at $42.99.

The price gap reflects a genuine size difference rather than just extra accessories. Both the Link and Zelda figures are about six inches tall, while Ganondorf is slightly larger at seven and a half inches. All three carry the same articulation standard, with 20-plus points of articulation allowing collectors to show off elegant, dynamic poses across the trio.

Preorders Live on Amazon, Walmart, Hasbro Pulse and Fan Channel

Fans hunting for the figures have several storefronts to check. Starting at 8 p.m. ET, fans could preorder the three figures based on Link, Princess Zelda, and Ganondorf on Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, and Fan Channel retailers. Retail coverage from Amazon and Walmart listings has since confirmed the same three SKUs at the prices Hasbro announced, giving buyers a choice of outlet ahead of the Spring 2027 street date.

Notably, this wasn’t a total surprise. Hasbro had already confirmed it had secured the Zelda toy license the week prior to the Comic-Con reveal, setting up expectations that a first wave of figures was imminent before the line’s design and pricing were locked in.

Shipping Set for May 1, 2027

All three figures are expected to ship on May 1, 2027, giving collectors roughly ten months between preorder and delivery. That timeline places the Heroes of Hyrule launch well after the Comic-Con hype cycle fades, a common pattern for Hasbro’s licensed collector lines that lock in preorder demand months ahead of tooling and manufacturing being finalised.

Hasbro’s choice to build the debut wave around Tears of the Kingdom designs, rather than the in-development live-action Zelda film, signals the toy maker is starting with the games’ established character models before potentially branching into movie-tie-in figures later. Unlike predictions that the figures would tie into the upcoming Zelda movie or the Ocarina of Time remake, the three figures are inspired by the Triforce holders as depicted in Tears of the Kingdom, and the Heroes of Hyrule name suggests additional characters could join the set down the line.

What It Means for Kiwi and Aussie Zelda Collectors

The current preorder window is US-focused, running through Amazon, Walmart, Hasbro Pulse and Fan Channel storefronts priced in USD, with no confirmed Australian or New Zealand retail listings yet. Local collectors have historically relied on import shipping or specialist toy importers to secure Hasbro Pulse exclusives once US preorders sell out, so anyone in the region keen on the Ganondorf figure in particular may want to move early given his higher price point and larger scale typically mean smaller production runs.

For context on scale and pricing, Good Smile Company’s more premium figma renditions of the same three Tears of the Kingdom characters have previously retailed well above $100 apiece, thanks to swappable face plates and expanded weapon sets. Hasbro’s Heroes of Hyrule line is positioned as a more accessible mass-market alternative at less than half that price for the standard figures, which could make it the more realistic entry point for casual Zelda fans building out a shelf display rather than committing to premium import figures.
