Comic book fans heading to The Print Show 2026 at the NEC in Birmingham later this month will have the chance to get their hands on a free, limited-edition artwork print by award-winning comic artist Greg Horn.

Taking place in hall 1 of the NEC in Birmingham from 29 September to 1 October, The Print Show – and co-located The Sign Show – will welcome thousands of visitors from across the print and signage industries, as well as related markets such as graphics, display, marketing and publishing.

Free to attend, the two events will showcase the very latest in print and sign-making, with those in attendance able to learn about new technologies and techniques. Alongside this, visitors will have access to several special features, allowing them to get up close with the very best in print.

This year, long-time exhibitor Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK will be offering visitors the opportunity to take home an exclusive piece of comic artwork, with a collection of exclusive prints created by Horn.

Greg Horn is one of the most recognisable artists working in the comics industry, with an extensive portfolio spanning some of the world’s biggest entertainment properties, including Marvel, DC, Titan Comics (recently providing variant cover art for the latter on their Hard Cases title, Gun Honey), and Star Wars, in addition to his impressive career as an illustrator, working on a wide range of international advertising campaigns, and providing covers for a wide range of computer game magazines. Some of his works have been collected into two art books, The Art of Greg Horn and The Art of Greg Horn Volume 2, published by Image Comics.

Greg has his his own online store, offering prints of his comic book variant covers, including his Celebrity Authentics exclusive signature collaborations with actors such as Hugh Jackman, Margot Robbie, Halle Berry, Mel Gibson, Gal Gadot, and others. He also hosts regular bi-weekly auctions on Whatnot and eBay Live, and does his best to get out to as many conventions as possible.

For this upcoming The Print Show, he has created three exclusive artworks, with just one hundred prints of each design being produced. The special prints are completely free to visitors, with the 300 limited-edition pieces available to collect from Konica Minolta’s stand, P410, while stocks last.

The collaboration also provides a showcase for what modern digital print technology can achieve, with the artworks being produced on Konica Minolta’s AccurioPress C14010S. Visitors will be able to see the prints being produced and discover how the technology can deliver the high-quality colour reproduction, detail and consistency required for demanding creative applications.

For comic fans, collectors and anyone with an interest in the possibilities of modern print, the event organisers say the collaboration offers an unusual opportunity to see a much-loved artform translated from screen and page into a high-quality physical collectible – and to take one home for free.

“Through our collaboration with Greg Horn we can offer something exclusive and exciting at The Print Show this year,” enthuses Malcolm Smith, category manager – Professional Print at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK), “that demonstrates the true potential of our technology. These are strictly limited-edition prints, but the AccurioPress series can produce materials to these exacting standards at speeds and scale.”

“Comic art and print are a perfect combination, so we’re delighted to be able to offer visitors something genuinely special,” added Chris Davies, event director, The Print Show. “With just 300 Greg Horn prints available, this is a great opportunity for comic fans to take home a unique piece of artwork.”
