Elijah Wood
Elijah Wood is perhaps one of the most recognizable actors of this generation. He first skyrocketed to fame in the early 2000s for playing Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy. The role made him a household name, both in Hollywood and on the internet as a meme. Post The Lord of the Rings, Wood starred in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (which received an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay), Happy Feet, and Bobby. In 2011, he reprised his role as Frodo Baggins for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, the first movie in the Hobbit trilogy. Most recently, Wood voiced the green astronaut in the Among UsTV adaptation.
Wood will be meeting fans and signing autographs in Booth A. He will also be joining Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd for “An Evening with the Hobbits” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The event is sold out.
