The video announcement confirms that character skins from the horror game series will be arriving as part of the shooter’s Fortnitemares Halloween event starting on Thursday, October 1st. Even so, judging by the number of likes and views on both the announcement tweet and the YouTube video, there are a lot of folks who are extremely excited to see FNAF get added to Fortnite’s frappe, with the YouTube upload already cresting 1.8M views and datamining pointing out that the tweet is the game’s most-liked post ever. So even if you’re well and truly unplugged from this shooter’s ecosystem, it can still very clearly capture some lightning in a bottle.
