One of the community’s most requested collabs for Fortnite is lined up to be added in Fortnitemares, with Five Nights at Freddy’s set to feature in the Halloween event.
Five Nights at Freddy’s has long been touted for a crossover with the Epic Games behemoth, and speculation of an upcoming addition to Fortnite was raised with the emergence of a location in the current season that looks eerily like it could be home to Freddy Fazbear and co.
Now, the long wait appears to come to an end soon, with the series set to be included in Fortnite’s annual Halloween event.
Five Nights At Freddy’s Coming in Fortnitemares
Reliable Fortnite leaker SamLeakss stated on X that Five Nights at Freddy’s is “fully confirmed” for Halloween, while later revealing details about related quests coming to Rocket League.
It’s not clear exactly how Five Nights at Freddy’s will collab with Fortnite this season, though it will likely come with a slew of skins, alongside an in-map POI, based on what has already been uncovered.
Fortnitemares is Fortnite’s Halloween takeover event that has historically seen a wealth of horror franchises venture into the title, with previous years including Saw, Halloween, Friday the 13th, Poppy’s Playtime, and more.

Epic Games’ big Fortnitemares event is slated to begin in October, with an October 1st update potentially adding collab items and content to the game, which may stay for the remainder of the current season.
Chapter 7 is widely expected to come to a close with a mini-season beginning November 1, like it did last season with The Simpsons, with One Piece reportedly set to be the focus.
