Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves datamine potentially leaks future DLC characters

Fans have been datamining the latest update for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, which may have leaked future characters with a potential Season 4 of DLC.

First up, new win quote dialogue from Rick points to Xiangfei joining the game as well as a character that uses water. Right now it’s thought that this is Panni, one of Laocorn’s goons. heavenstardrive speculates that the characters will “appear relatively soon, likely in Season 4”.
Another piece of win dialogue refers to a character that can “make things windy”. This is thought to refer to Alfred.
The 42nd win dialogue references a character who “can really punch!” The consensus right now is that it’s Draken. With the last bit of dialogue, Rick says this character is not like any boxer they’ve faced before “by a long shot” and that it’s a “battle of the minds” with them. White could be the unnamed character here.
