A MAJOR board gaming event is set to take place in York this October.
The York Board Games Convention 2026 will be held at St Peter’s School in Clifton, marking its third year and promising to be the biggest yet.
Organisers have extended the event’s opening hours until 11pm and expanded the convention space to accommodate growing demand.
Ryan, one of the event directors for the York Board Games Convention, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the incredible response from the York community over the past two years.
“For 2026, we wanted to deliver something truly memorable.
“By extending our hours, bringing in world-class TV guests, and stocking our largest game library to date, we’re delivering the biggest gaming weekend York has ever seen.”
