The Walt Disney Co. France and Groupe M6 are expanding their long-standing collaboration with a new broadcasting agreement that brings four French TV shows to Disney+ beginning Sept. 25.
The deal enables Disney+ to strengthen its content offering in France, while enabling Groupe M6 to consolidate its audience, particularly among 15-34 year olds, a demographic especially engaged with Disney+.
The four M6 programs joining Disney+ include “Scènes de ménages,” and “En Famille,” followed in early 2027 by “Mariés au premier regard” and “The Power.”
This announcement is part of a 30-year relationship between Disney and the M6 Group, that includes sharing Disney and Pixar movies and series from 20th Century Television and ABC on the group’s channels.
“M6 has created programs that are truly successful with French audiences, and we are delighted to offer some of these iconic programs on Disney+,” said Karl Holmes, GM, Disney+ EMEA. “Their strong popularity with young viewers makes it a natural choice and allows us to further enrich our offering of French programs for our subscribers.”
